How to choose the right size of the cup?

If you are not sure which size is the right one we have several tips to make the choice easier.

A good menstrual cup is very flexible and leaks free even when it is firmly pressed. So you don’t have to worry it won’t fit. However, we are aware, that natural childbirth is a milestone in the life of a woman. That is why we designed two sizes of cups

Smaller size

We recommend this size for women under 30 years of age and for women who gave birth through
C-section.

The smaller size is also for women whose vagina is narrower and who have difficulties inserting super-size or larger tampons.

Larger size

We recommend this size for women over 30 years of age and for women who gave birth naturally.

The larger size is also a good idea for women experiencing heavier flow, for women with weakened pelvic floor muscles or women who use the largest sizes of tampons.
