We only ask for personal information crucial to purchase agreement and identification of parties that would be otherwise impossible and for other purposes connected to our legal obligations, such as accounting.

Personal information about our Customers is stored for period mandatory by the legal standards (accounting and VAT laws).

There is no profiling or automated decision making taking place when processing the Customer’s data.

The Controller does not use the service of the other party as a data Processor.

The processed data may be provided to the party handling the delivery of the ordered goods, payment gateway providers, or Controller's accounting services provider.

The Controller does not intend to provide the Customer's data to any third country or party, international organization, or other parties except those mentioned above.

The Customer has a right to access, update, or delete the data we have. The Customer also has the right of rectification, object to respective authority, restriction, right to data portability and to withdraw the consent if one founds that one's data is not handled in compliance with GDPR.
